Request a Payout

If you have a consignment account, and are looking to have your funds paid out to you, please fill out the form below to request a payout.

Payouts are only sent for credit balances above $20.

Alternatively, save 10% on your purchase (excluding designer items) when you use your store credit balance towards purchasing new-to-you pieces in store or through instagram! Credit balances never expire.

Please note, once your request has been received, payouts may take up to 20

business days to process depending on the volume of payout requests at that time.

Payouts are sent via e-transfer to the e-mail address on your consignment account. Consignors may request one payout per month.

If you do not receive a payout after this time frame, please follow up to management@shoptherecollective.com or call us at 613-728-2020.
